English reading guide to the leaflet

1. What is in the box

One SILKFLOW device, its charging cable and an English paper leaflet, in generic “Electric Massage Brush” packaging. Serum is not supplied.

2. Identifying the parts

A reservoir beneath the filling cap, a graduated window, a power button, an indicator light, a charging port and a protective cap. The head has nine contacts: the leaflet identifies four liquid-dispensing contacts and five microcurrent contacts, with an integrated red light.

3. Preparing and using the device

  1. Choose a fluid, non-thick serum intended for the scalp and compatible with its manufacturer’s instructions. The photographed leaflet does not approve a particular brand or formula. Do not improvise a dilution or mixture to change compatibility.
  2. Remove the protective cap to use the head. Open the reservoir cap. Add the serum without exceeding 6 ml, then close the cap. 6 ml is a maximum capacity, not a recommended dose. Follow your serum manufacturer’s dosage and frequency.
  3. Press and hold the button to switch on or off. A short press changes the mode. The leaflet does not specify the length of the long press.
  4. Place the contacts on the scalp. Glide or apply an appropriate amount of pressure, without forcing. The leaflet states that pressing the flexible cover can increase liquid flow; this does not mean that the serum dose should be increased.
  5. The device switches off automatically 10 minutes after being switched on. This timer does not determine the recommended treatment duration or frequency.

4. The three combinations

The names “Hair growth” and “Rejuvenation” printed in the leaflet are not proven results for SILKFLOW. AURYSEVA does not promise hair regrowth, treatment of hair loss, or improved serum absorption or efficacy.

5. Cleaning and storage

  1. As a precaution, switch off and unplug the device before cleaning.
  2. The leaflet instructs users to remove the remaining liquid, clean the reservoir promptly after use and dry it. Residue left in the reservoir may crystallise and block the dispensing contacts.
  3. Do not hit the contacts with a hard object: deformation may affect dispensing or damage the device.
  4. Close the reservoir and replace the protective cap for storage. Keep the device out of children’s reach.

6. Charging and battery

Charging uses a USB-C cable and the DC 5 V power supply specified in the leaflet. Recharge when the light or vibration becomes weaker. The leaflet describes a low-battery warning using a flashing red light.

Charging time and total battery life are not specified, and no AURYSEVA measurement is available. The four minutes mentioned after the low-battery warning are not total battery life.

The passage about the white indicator uses two contradictory descriptions. The “fully charged” status therefore remains to be confirmed. Although the text mentions use while charging, this guide does not recommend it until the relevant precautions are clarified.

8. Limitations and support

A cosmetic-routine accessory, not a medical treatment. Follow the precautions for both the serum and the device. If a reaction, defect or doubt occurs, stop use and seek advice from the appropriate professional or support contact.

The included card mentions a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. It neither replaces nor reduces the statutory guarantees applicable through AURYSEVA, including the two-year statutory guarantee of conformity for new goods. The website’s terms remain the commercial reference.
