How do you use SILKFLOW?
Your usual serum, in its own applicator. Follow these steps alongside the serum and device instructions.
Fill the reservoir
Add the recommended dose of your fluid serum, then close the lid. The 6 ml maximum is a capacity, not a recommended dose.
Part your hair
Press and hold to turn on. Short press to choose a mode, then position the contacts at the scalp.
Guide the application
Apply gently, without forcing, following the precautions for both the device and your serum.
After use
Read the English guide ↗Turn off and unplug the device. Remove any remaining liquid and clean the reservoir and contacts as instructed, without immersing the device.

Use a fluid, non-thick hair serum intended for the scalp. Thick formulas are not recommended. Check the serum manufacturer’s guidance and the SILKFLOW instructions: compatibility with every formula is not guaranteed.
6 ml is the reservoir’s maximum capacity, not a recommended dose. Follow the amount and frequency specified by your serum’s manufacturer.
Do not dilute or mix a serum to make it compatible unless its manufacturer instructs you to. AURYSEVA does not currently have a list of validated formulas.

Functions and precautions
Massage refers to the device’s vibration. Red light comes from the built-in LED; microcurrent is the electrical function stated in the instructions for five contacts.
Automatic shut-off after 10 minutes is not a recommended treatment duration or frequency. Follow the SILKFLOW and serum instructions.
These functions are not evidence of a medical effect. SILKFLOW does not guarantee hair regrowth, better serum absorption or greater serum effectiveness.

01Prepare your serum
Open the lid, add the recommended dose of your fluid serum without exceeding the 6 ml maximum, then close it.
02Choose your mode
Press and hold to turn SILKFLOW on or off. Short press to change mode: use the controls as instructed.
03Apply gently
Part your hair to reach the scalp. Position the contacts and glide gently, following the device and serum precautions.

Cleaning and charging
Turn off and unplug SILKFLOW. Remove any remaining liquid, promptly clean the reservoir and contacts to prevent residue and blockages, then dry as instructed.
IPX5 does not mean it can be immersed: do not immerse the device. The instructions do not specify a cleaning product or rinsing procedure.
Do not strike the contacts with a hard object. Store with the cap on, out of children’s reach.

No. SILKFLOW is an applicator: choose and purchase your serum separately.
What’s in the SILKFLOW box?

The reservoir holds a maximum of 6 ml. This capacity is not a recommended dose: follow the amount and frequency stated for your serum and do not exceed the maximum mark.
How long does a session last?
The device switches off automatically after 10 minutes. This is not a recommendation for daily frequency; follow the device and serum instructions.
How do I choose a mode?
Complete mode combines red light, massage and microcurrent. Massage mode combines massage and microcurrent; light mode combines red light and microcurrent. Use the controls as instructed.
How do I charge and clean SILKFLOW?
Charge via USB-C. To clean the applicator and reservoir, follow the supplied instructions and do not immerse the device.
Does SILKFLOW guarantee hair regrowth?
No. SILKFLOW is a scalp-care accessory, not a medical device. It does not replace a diagnosis, medical advice or treatment, and does not guarantee hair regrowth.
What are the delivery, return and warranty terms?

You have 14 days after delivery to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Returning the item to our address in France is free, with a prepaid label supplied after contacting us. New goods are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity for at least 2 years from delivery, without limiting mandatory rights in your country.
