Which European Union countries can SILKFLOW be delivered to?
The offer covers all 27 EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Your delivery address must be offered and accepted at checkout. The United Kingdom, Switzerland and other countries outside the European Union are not included in this offer.
How much does delivery cost?
- Product total below €65 after discounts: €7.99 delivery.
- Product total of €65 or more after discounts: free standard delivery.
The threshold applies to the product total after discounts. It is not a discount on the product price. For example, a €60 product total after discounts carries a €7.99 delivery charge; at €65, standard delivery is free. The order summary shows the final amount before payment.
How long does delivery take?
The estimated total delivery time is approximately 6–9 days, including preparation. There is no need to add a separate preparation period to that estimate. Weekends and public holidays may affect receipt.
Orders are prepared and dispatched by our logistics partner in China. A tracking number or link is provided after dispatch; the carrier’s first tracking updates may appear after a delay.
Are there additional charges on delivery?
Applicable taxes and charges for the proposed shipping method are included in the total shown before payment. No additional transport or customs-clearance charge is expected on delivery for this shipping method in the European Union. If a payment is requested, contact AURYSEVA before paying so that we can check and cover it.
