These terms apply to orders delivered to EU destinations offered at checkout. AURYSEVA remains your point of contact for a change of mind, a defect, damage or an order error.
Changing your mind: notify us within 14 days
You have 14 days from the day after receiving the last item to notify withdrawal without giving a reason. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or non-working holiday, it is extended to the next working day. Your right does not depend on prior authorisation.
Send an unambiguous statement to contact@auryseva.com or use the model below; you do not have to use this model. You can also access your customer account and return requests. Email and post also remain ways to notify your decision.
Free returns and a prepaid label
Return shipping is free, with a prepaid label to download and print, and no restocking fee applies. Contact AURYSEVA to arrange the return and receive appropriate instructions. Your right of withdrawal does not depend on prior authorisation.
You must send the product back within 14 days of notifying your decision. The approved return address remains: AURYSEVA — Khalid HAFIDI EI, 1202 chemin du Village de Juilles, 32200 Juilles, France. Do not use the logistics partner’s address on the original packaging.
You are only responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and proper functioning. Opening the packaging does not, by itself, remove your right of withdrawal.
An exchange following a change of mind
Commercial exchanges are accepted under the same return terms. Contact AURYSEVA to arrange them.
Refund following withdrawal
The refund is made no later than 14 days after your notification. It may be withheld until the product is received back or proof of return shipment is received, whichever occurs first.
It includes initial standard delivery charges. Extra charges resulting from your express choice of delivery more expensive than the offered standard method are not refunded. The original payment method is used unless you expressly agree to another method at no charge to you.
A defect, damage, order error or lost parcel
Contact AURYSEVA with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs or a short video may help; no 48-hour deadline is imposed here to retain statutory rights. Delivery incidents and defects are handled separately from a simple change of mind.
The commercial after-sales service documented for orders in France provides a full refund or free replacement shipment for covered incidents within 30 days of receipt. This period never excludes a claim under statutory guarantees and is not a general 30-day change-of-mind return offer.
Incident handling respects customers’ statutory rights independently of communications between AURYSEVA and its logistics partner.
Statutory guarantees
New goods benefit from a minimum two-year statutory guarantee of conformity from delivery, without prejudice to more favourable rights or mandatory provisions applicable in your country of habitual residence. Repair or replacement free of charge and other remedies provided by law remain available. The statutory warranty against hidden defects applies under the conditions laid down by law. No commercial 30-day limit reduces these guarantees.
